The Discover phase is the foundation of the Experience. Using the Web Strategy Primer, you are able to explore aspects of your digital products that you may not even have considered before. For example, in the Primer, you work through a Unique Selling Proposition (USP).

Using the Hasso-Plattner Institute of Design's concept of Design Thinking, we take our clients through a 5-stage process for the look and feel of their digital properties. This allows for a solutions that are creative and innovative and align with your business goals.
Simply put, it allows for a design that builds better products and services and can position them to scale right alongside the company.
The Develop stage consists of 2 parts: Application and Implementation.
In this phase, the Front-End Development and Back-End Development takes place. We ensure all systems are prepared, tested, and ready to go.The Implementation Phase
It is in the Implementation phase that additional features are built alongside the website to ensure that performance, traffic, and compliance are addressed.
After strategizing, designing, and developing, we prepare your site for the world to see! At this stage, heavy testing is involved, as we encourage testing from the client and the QA team. The teams work together to finalize the site, comparing the finished look to the design that was created back in the Design stage. Each provides feedback, and then those items are compiled into a to-do list in our collaborative environment, where each team checks to make sure all items are addressed.
In the beginning of the process, teams are encourage to document any task performed step-by-step. In this stage, we bring all those notes in the Knowledge Manager tool. This tool will be a living document, which will become a "go-to" for current and future team members.
Now that the site has been launched, we begin the process of learning more about how we can improve it. Here, we implement a 3-step approach: Training, Learning Management (Job Aids), and a business improvement process using Lean Six Sigma.
Now that your site is live, it's time to market it to the masses! We bring in a structured, and done-for-you digital marketing plan, where your website will be promoted using multiple channels including email, content marketing, social media, and much more!
